Just Salad, located in Westbury, at 1256 Old Country Road, had a soft opening in March 2023 but is now ready to celebrate its grand opening with a week of promotions, according to a statement from the eatery.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony, set to take place on Tuesday, April 25, marks Just Salad’s second Long Island venue, the first being in Commack.

The restaurant features fresh salads, warm bowls, soup, and more. Customers are able to choose from a variety of curated dishes or can make their own.

In addition to eating well, customers can feel like they’re truly making a difference, thanks to Just Salad’s commitment to sustainability.

With over 70 locations spanning the east coast, Just Salad describes itself as “home to the world’s largest restaurant reusable program and the first US restaurant chain to carbon label its menu.” It also offers a Climatarian menu category for those looking to make the smallest carbon footprint possible.

The B Corporation-certified company is offering every in-store order a $5 meal from Wednesday, April 26 to Saturday, April 29 between the hours of 12-2 p.m. and 5-7 p.m.

According to the company’s website, a third location in Oceanside is coming soon, but no date was provided.
